Your Digital Tenancy Agreement with Bolton at Home (Be One Homes)
From April 2026, Bolton at Home – which will then be known as Be One Homes – will be accepting digital e-signatures on tenancy agreements for all new customers.
How will it work?
When you apply for a property, you’ll be expected to provide your personal email address. Your email address will be used to send an electronic copy of the tenancy documents for you to digitally sign. If you don’t have an email address, you can arrange to meet with a colleague in-person so that you can digitally sign the tenancy agreement on a mobile device.
What are the benefits of using e-signatures?
- Quicker and easier digital sign-up means you can sign and return online documents in just a few minutes.
- Faster turnaround times, giving you quicker access to your new home.
- Secure and legally compliant e-signatures are captured through DocuSign, an industry-leading data management platform.
- Improved accessibility gives you the freedom to sign documents from any location on any digital device. Plus, you'll get a digital copy of any documents you’ve signed for your records.
